Ingredients:
For the Soup Base:
- 4 cups pork or chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Yen Ta Fo sauce (fermented red soybean paste)
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for spice)
For the Toppings:
- 200g rice noodles (thin or wide)
- 100g fish balls
- 100g squid, sliced
- 100g firm tofu, cubed
- 1 cup morning glory (water spinach) or bok choy
- 1 boiled egg (optional)

Instructions:

- Cook the fish balls, squid, and tofu in the broth for 2–3 minutes.
3️⃣ Assemble the Bowl: Place the cooked noodles in a bowl, ladle over the hot pink broth, and top with seafood, tofu, and greens.
4️⃣ Garnish & Serve: Add crispy wontons, fried garlic, and a boiled egg if desired. Serve with extra chili flakes, vinegar, and sugar on the side.
